Hydrogen sulfide gas found in sinkhole-area vent well

"Hydrogen sulfide is a colorless gas that is flammable and poisonous at sufficiently high concentrations. The naturally occurring gas has a foul rotten-egg odor, can occur in natural gas deposits and is a known risk with oil and gas exploration.

Parish officials said in a separate blog post Tuesday that no community air monitors detected hydrogen sulfide, but warned residents about the discovery, saying high concentrations of the gas were found inside the vent well."

"The long-period seismic tremors are postulated to be caused by gas and/or fluid movements through the rock collapse zone below the sinkhole on the edge of the salt dome. Micro-earthquakes of this nature are typically associated with small-scale rock movements, and again are believed to be occurring in the collapse zone. The source of both of these event types continues to be investigated by experts."

Newspaper: Officials concerned about radioactive material below giant Louisiana sinkhole

" State officials are investigating how Texas Brine Co. LLC handled naturally occurring radioactive material [NORM] in Assumption Parish — where a large sinkhole was found Aug. 3 — and whether it was illegally disposed of inside the Napoleonville Dome in the mid-1990s. [...]

Texas Brine officials, in a statement last week, said they did not put NORM in the caverns [...]

The statement contradicts detailed comments from company officials on Aug. 10 that a small amount of NORM was disposed of in the Napoleonville Dome [...]

Sonny Cranch, spokesman for Texas Brine, said last week that officials “misspoke” then in their attempt to respond to questions about NORM and that it was never put in the cavern."

"An event occurred at the sinkhole around 11:30 pm today which is being considered as a “burp”.

Vegetative debris and hydrocarbons came up from below the sinkhole.

A few trees in the southwest corner did fall in however most of the debris came from below the sinkhole."

"Official: Earth moved under giant sinkhole for 4 minutes straight — Before crude oil disgorged “the water level dropped by about 6 inches”

Boudreaux said before the sinkhole disgorged the material, the water level dropped by about 6 inches and then returned to its original level. The size of the water level change was based on measurements of hydrocarbon rings left on trees. [...]

“It’s just the natural course of events as this sinkhole follows its natural life,” [Texas Brine Company, LLC's spokesman] said. [...]

I wonder if the sun going black is where we begin to experience the "fluff", the charged particles spoken of.
As I write this a show is on about the sun, almost the same thing I am writting about. Coincident?? I do not think so, advance warngings are not fast enough, for sun forcasting. This has to do with solar storms and the energy that may cause major solar events. taking out the grid.
