This is where we figured out that Explo, the owners of the "bunker that exploded" removed photos of bombs and munitions from their website at noon on the 16th:

Ok... did some digging. Here's the website registration information found in the WHOIS database:

Can anyone figure out WHY the WHOIS database JUST got updated? Man, if that's not "something", I don't know what is. There's like no need to update the database UNLESS you want/need to change something. Why the last minute update?

Perhaps we got them caught in our GLP super sleuth net?

Dude out.

Did anyone here the caller on coast 2 coast lastnight, he says he's been trying to warn people that Louisiana was sinking for the past few years and no one will listen to him. He spoke with a confidence that Louisiana was going under.

After viewing the video of the supposed accident location, we started discussing a train that the news talked about and showed video of:

There is an actual video of the scene at the top of the news article.....

[link to www.ksla.com]

Just hit play. The thing that struck me straight away is the orange colour...but maybe that is the type of ground surrounding the site.

And yeah..somehow they missed last night that a train was derailed as well...

This is superfucked. Trains are monitored electronically. How is the hell do they expect me to believe that a fucking train getting derailed at a well known munitions dump, that blows up all the time, went unnoticed? Ten-twenty minutes...maybe. Hours? This isn't 1947.
 Quoting: Livingood

On google maps there were trains just sitting all over the place at the plant. That train may have been sitting in that same spot for 6 months.

Ok, the train. I've located an illustration of camp minden:

[link to dc312.4shared.com]

The area in question is "L-1" in the lower right hand corner.

"Sexton describes the bunker, in the "L-1 area," as an "igloo," constructed of concrete. He says they were built in the 50s. "

[link to www.ksla.com]

I then crossed ref with Google maps and located the parked trains. Here's the approx. coordinates: 32.559759, -93.364654

That's just for reference. I went back and watched the vid, and the reporter said the train was "driving by" (@1:25 in the vid). That's clearly wrong IMO. It looks like the trains have been stored there, as pointed out to me earlier, on a unused portion of track. Not to mention they're rusty as hell.

Are there any posters here on the forum who are located anywhere in East Texas?

I'd like to know if anything odd is going on over there, especially in terms of increased odors during the past few days.

And also, how far into Texas was the "explosion" in LA felt?

Thanks, I think you are referring to the thread about instrumentation readings in the Beaumont area, which is almost directly west of Bayou Corne. That was interesting information in that thread.

I'd like to know if people are noticing anything different north of Beaumont, through the Lufkin and Nacogdoches areas, even up to Longview.

You'll receive no advanced warnings about further gas explosions. Those mysterious booms all over the world will only increase.

So, let me tell you the obvious. When the liquefaction and flooding of the coasts begins, you are to move as orderly as you can to the center of the United States and to highly elevated and mountainous regions. You'll be taking risks because there will also be active volcanoes. Texas and Mexico are going to flood so head north.

Please view this guy's commentary. It is fictional, but there is something.. ..non-fictional about it.

The ever quoted mashup Fox created from two separate stories:

You've probably already figured this out, I can't keep up with this fucking thread.

Fox is running the 2006 explosion story as though it were todays:

"Webster Parish evacuated two schools shortly after the Camp Minden explosions, one sitting less than 300 yards from the ammunitions plant.
Students at Union Elementary School and Doyline High School will not have class Friday because they're close to the ammunition plant.
The students were evacuated to Lakeside High School Thursday morning."

[link to www.ksla.com]

"Some 441 inmates from a Webster Parish jail two miles from the plant were taken aboard school buses and in vans to lockups in Bossier Parish and a state prison in nearby Homer, said Ed Baswell, a spokesman for the Bossier Parish sheriff's office.

About 600 students from Doyline High School and Union Elementary School were taken to nearby Sibley, the Webster Parish sheriff's office said."

Not very far, members of my family didn't even feel it in Shreveport just 20 miles away from the explosion. However much of Shreveport's twin city ( on the Ammo plant side of the Red River) did fell a rumble. East Tx literally begins on the west outskirts of Shreveport.

There's a map somewhere on the Internet of the U.S. explaining that it could easily explode. I think it's because of either the gas pipelines or the shale gas. The map is orange. The text that goes with it is frightening. Does anyone know what I am talking about? If so, can you post a link to it?

Thanks.
