Yes, I just checked the site and that appears to be the most recent . . . did you hear the dispatcher telling the caller, in a rather huffy tone, that they couldn't stay off the phone long enough to find out what happened? Seems to me a dispatcher's job is to take calls, no matter how many are coming in, be courteous, get the facts, and then give that info to those tasked with investigating.
