Certainly would, but again, I'm trying to understand the "logic" (as if that applies to gov . . . ) in placing camps within an area where the potential already exists for hundreds of thousands of people to die if there was a major NM event. But if those camps are in place for martial law or other types of events, not related to NM, then it makes a bit more sense . . . although NONE of this makes any real or fair sense, does it?
