I'll add to that the fact that I am not an expert on this in any way . . . just looking at it from a logical viewpoint.

That's why I encourage others who do have more specific info and knowledge to join in and post links or just their own opinions about this very serious issue. I had even asked that people in LA and over into East Texas give us updates about what's going on since they're closer to the area.
