He tried to cloud the issue by mentioning criminals and mentally ill and fully automatic weapons. Those laws are already in place. He wants to take your GLOCK, BARETTA, 1911, Sig, etc. He wants the military and police to have the power monopoly which is the exact opposite intention of the 2nd amendment. The 2nd amendment is not about hunting, it is not only self defense, it is about being able to resist a tyrannical government. We should be able most of the same equipment that can buy if we are responsible citizens.
