2. Boys die at school and are buried in unmarked graves

3. School administrators tell parents the boy ran away or some other excuse for their death.

4. Parents do nothing about it and just accept that their boy is dead?

these criminals/thugs were nothing compared to the thugs and criminals of today. One kid stole a car...wow..so he deserved to die? he was running across the field and was shot..obviously in the back cause he was trying to run away. Then they tell their parents they ran away and they cant find them...later they found him dead and decomposed under a house? This is all BS and the state needs to re examine this cause there was some bad stuff going on there. My guess is these same kids would be considered pretty decent kids by todays standards. Look what happened to th native americans at the schools they were sent to for "re-education". Nobody has ever really looked into that. Probably graveyards all around those schools.

I also thought that it may be that they were sold into sex slavery but hadn't thought about any rituals. They need to dig those graves up and see if "Johnny" was shot or not, or something else, some of those things would be fairly easy to determine.

I doubt the parents sent their children to "reform school", that's usually a sentence by a judge for a crime a juvinile commits...

Who said the parents sent the kids to the reform school? Secondly LISTEN to the years they are talking about! From the 1930's to the 1960's. Were they as technologically advanced as we are today? Did everyone have a telephone? Or a car? I believe alot of this happened during the depression era. Do any of us know the parents didn't try to locate their kids? It was common for kids to leave home at very early ages back then. If the parents recieved a letter like the woman in the video did, they "believed" their state/gov would never lie to them, so they accepted it as fact. In some ways we are not too much different today when it comes to gullibility. The only difference is technology and enough people awake to cross-reference information and dig for the truth.

According to news reports. Those death accord back during the 40s, 50s and 60s. And that is from reform school inmates that went to that reform school during that time period. Who witness the activities that went on back then. They said that it was a abused administer that had committed the crimes. But most likely a administer that look the other way when a reform school inmate is murder. Kind of like the movie Bad Boys, starring Sean Penn. In that movie the reform school administer looks the other way while murders are taking place, cause by Sean Penn character.

here in the netherlands, if 1 child disappears it is on the news 24/7 until he/she is found. in the usa, 80,000 disappear and not even a mention in the local news.

I doubt that the boys were sent to Reform School by their parents. Usually by the time Reform School entered the picture the boys would have already been in the "Justice System", having already had several scrapes with the Law. Also, in those days there was not a "juvenile" set of laws - if you broke a law, you broke a law - and there wasn't an entire subset of lawyers who just handled "juvenile" issues.

Times were harder then, and families were larger. If there was a "bad apple" in the bunch you eliminated the "bad apple" (and that may have been a real relief for the parents) and tried to raise up the rest of the kids so that they didn't turn out the same way. Communications between the boys and their parents were discouraged (for obvious reasons!) and the boys, once they were "in the pipeline", were most likely transferred from one facility to another periodically for one reason or another. I'm sure that there were many cases where parents went to where they thought their boy was, only to be told that he'd been transferred to another facility which might be located hundreds of miles away (making visitation impossible for people living hand-to-mouth who couldn't afford the train fare and hotel accommodations required).

This is not to excuse the abuses involved! They were horrible and tragic, and as others have pointed out, the System protects its' own. We see the same type of "CYA" strategies today - look at the Sandusky situation, or all the teachers and coaches who are caught with their hand in the cookie jar (or the underwear). Point is, nowadays there are people with the luxury of time and funding to go after these monsters, whereas that situation didn't exist then.
