Message Subject Unhappy? Are You Ready to Feel Great?!! The Mood Cure: Amino Acids and Their Incredible Impact on Moods

A great quote someone just sent me:

"Thoughts are our enemy. When we are free of thoughts we are naturally blissful. The gap between two thoughts is our true state; it is the real Self. Get rid of thoughts, be empty of them, be in a state of perpetual thoughtlessness. Then you will be consciously Self-existent. Thoughts, desires and all qualities are alien to our true nature. The West may praise a person as a great thinker. But what is that? True greatness is to be free of thoughts." - Ramana Maharshi

How true. When the mind is quiet, we feel our natural, happy self. Hard to do when the physiology is out of whack. Easy to do when it's in balance.

Aminos have me feeling great - not because they are inducing some sort of unnatural or artificial high, but because they put an end to the deficiency caused primarily by my own previously inadequate eating habits (getting much better in this dept.) Such deficiency generates "false moods" that are usually negative and that end up stirring up the mind and thinking. When the mind is active, we tend to overlook the naturally peaceful, happy self that lies within us.

Truth. Be free of the ego. Experience unconditional love.

Thank you for sharing that. I appreciate the gesture.

I know the actual method as it was originally taught was good. However, I'm also quite aware of him and his organization and cannot support him or them in any way. If you want my reasons for that, feel free to ask. I have about 100 of them (at least).

Better yet, come up with your own answers. What's your gut impression of him? Not what your head says or what others have said about him, but what your heart/intuition says? Is he trustworthy or not? Do you feel he would put YOUR welfare above his own? Is he truly expressing unconditional love? Do you feel he is detached from material wealth? Do you find he is always at peace or often down in AGFLAP?

Just ask yourself these questions to come up with your own answers. You don't need to look at what anyone else is saying, just don't "release" what your own perfect intuition/direct knowledge is telling you within. Trust your intuition. NEVER "release" your common sense or gut feelings. Those come from a deeper place... arising directly from Beingness. Those feelings should NOT be released. They are your internal guidance system. I've seen him teach people to let those feelings go too and that becomes unhealthy and potentially dangerous. It's a good way to control people, as it's our intuition that protects us from harm. If we're told to let our intuitive feelings go, then what's left to guide us? Only our ego mind based in AGFLAP.

If you wish, you can search his name and his organization's name at RipoffReport.com and see what others' experience has been.

Good luck. I'd recommend Sedona Method over the Release Technique. It's not perfect, but it's better, IMO.

No problem, I understand your take on him and his org. Personally speaking, it has helped me enormously; changed my life, really. Learning the ability to give oneself unconditional love was profound and well worth the work I've done with it. I don't ignore or release intuition, nor do I follow anything blindly, just a lot less quick to judge. It isn't for everyone, just wanted to share. I do respect your critical thinking, ironically enough! All the best.
