You see, on the night of November 6th, when the media announces that Mitt Romney will be our 45th president, things will begin to happen. It wall start off small but build quickly. I'm talking about rioting in several of the major metropolitan areas. By the second day, the riots will spread and people are going to start dying - in mass.
Enter Barack Obama. Martial law be declared within 72 hours, and using the blanket term "national emergency", he will retain his presidency.
That's when the real shit hits the fan.
The second America Civil war is right around the corner.

Your scenario could play out just the way you said. If it does, I can't imagine a much more confusing situation for the world masses that haven't been paying attention. With current perception managent by the MSM that the race is very close and that both candidates are strong, however with the caveat, that Obama is more likeable and "straight cut" than Romney especially throughout the world, I think he will remain in power and the world masses will not only accept when chaos ensues, but will know no better what agenda is being played out.
Your scenario also rewards Romney supporters for them believing Romney won and appeases Obama supporters for him remaining in power. Somehow while typing this, I had the déjàvu feeling I have lived this experience before.
I can see the early riots developing into a breakdown of law and order and which will be later reported that it overwhelmed law enforcing officials so much that they were unable to attend to terror alerts. There comes your false flag nuke and WW3.
