Hello all. You can call me Dr. D. I have a PhD in Neurology and Neurological Sciences from Stanford as well as a PhD in Biomedical Engineering from Boston University. I was born and raised in the United States but have lived in various parts of the world since I began my work with the United Nations. I was "recruited" by a former professor for a position and being that travel has been one of my passions, I was very excited.

I work for the UN within part of a secret program that really isn't that secret at all. It hides in plain sight. We have done extensive work throughout the world when it comes to non-humans, or aliens, in terms of their technology as well as their physical and genetic traits. They live with and among many of us in various compounds throughout the world.

There are 37 known species, but according to our allies, there are hundreds more that we have yet to contact, or have yet to contact us. Recently, we have come across a new species. While nearly all species that we have come into contact with do not speak any known human language, they have been quick to adapt. However, communication through verbal language is not the way they communicate within their own groups, or even to those of us who they know and see regularly.

This new species made contact with us through accident just a few weeks ago with first contact happening in southern Louisiana. Although I was not on the scene that day, the story of what happened was much different than a normal encounter. Without getting into much specifics and attempting to reach the focus of my post, I will say that this species was able to speak all known languages. They know your name before they meet you. They can tell you things about yourself that no one could possibly know. Many species have some amazing capabilities, but none like this.

This new species doesn't seem to respond to questions. Instead, they say very little and speak only what they want to speak. Sometimes it has seemed as though they don't even recognize you're there. They seem to, for the most part, be in their own little world.

They like to make "predictions." During the first week, they told myself and some of my staff certain things that would happen to them individually in the coming days. They happened. All of them. They also made some "predictions" about world events which came true. All of them.

I am not in the business of buying speculation without substancial evidence, but I will say with the very, very small sample size, these beings seem to have a truly amazing ability for "predictions."

I come here today, not as an American, but as a citizen of the universe. While I'm sure this post will be met with much disdain, I feel I am obligated to tell those who may actually listen that when a large event happens in America on October 31, do not panic. Do not buy the fear being sold. Be skeptical. Remain calm. The truth isn't always the truth. And on this day, which we will all remember, that will have never been more accurate.
