His bloodline goes back, first, to England; but then to France, where his surname was anglicized to Disney from the original French, D'Isney...meaning "of Isney"; Isney being a location in western France. Disney's ancestors were part of the Norman invasion led by Duke William II of Normandy, which came across from France to England and defeated King Harold II of England at the Battle of Hastings in 1066. Quoting: Thor's Hamster king harold wasnt killed in the battle of hastings. He escaped and changed his name to Hereward the Wake. [link to en.wikipedia.org] [link to tardis.wikia.com] wikis are really a secret source of hidden knowledge if you know how to use it "The Eighth Doctor and Mary Shelley once met King Harold at the Battle of Hastings. (AUDIO: Mary's Story) The Sixth Doctor and Peri Brown met him after he was said to have died at that battle, when he was living under the name of Hereward the Wake. (PROSE: The Real Hereward)" "Mary Wollstonecraft Godwin Shelley (born 1797) was a 19th century English writer who pioneered what later became known as science fiction, composing the science-based horror story Frankenstein, or The Modern Prometheus, and the future history The Last Man. Shelley's circle of friends included poet Lord Byron and John Polidori, who was one of the first to write about vampires. She was married to Byron's close friend and fellow Romantic poet Percy Shelley. " "Hereward the Wake was a Saxon leader in the aftermath of the Battle of Hastings on 14 October 1066. The Sixth Doctor and Peri Brown met him at this time. The former referred to him as "the foremost of the Saxon outlaws who led a guerrilla campaign against the Normans after the Battle of Hastings." He was based in the fen country in England. Later, he revealed himself to be King Harold Godwinson. He claimed that Countess Gytha and Lady Edith Swan-Neck had intentionally falsely identified his body on the battlefield, allowing him to die as King Harold, but remain alive as Hereward the Wake. At one point in his guerrilla campaign, he considered an alliance with the Danes, so that he could march on London. However, the Doctor advised against it, as he felt the Danes would not have allowed a Saxon on the throne of England. Indeed, the Doctor was able to convince Harold to abandon his London plans and his ambitions towards recapturing the throne. Instead, he and his men took the Doctor's counsel that it would be better to remain a thorn in the side of the Normans. Thereby, they would give hope to the Saxon people and prevent them from ever fully accepting Norman rule. (PROSE: The Real Hereward)" |

Quoting: The Butcher Templar There was a battle long ago, before the crusades, a battle between those of this dimension and another. when all here on earth battled as one, they came from the ground, and up until now was thought a tale, but we Templar's, possess one of 2 writings of this war, the other you can guess where it is... The battle took place in the americas, right? If not, I may be a little lost. The other tale would be in the Vatican. (?) The battle was world wide... and correct on the vatican Also, if it were world wide, then it took place before present known history. (?) By that I mean prior to or in the era of Mesopotamia, Egypt, etc. yes, long before, but we were Knights then as well |

I had never seen that image before you posted it, I was going off of internal dialogue and intuition, and made that my 'standing ground'. When you posted that picture, I immediately asked myself why I was forcing my inner vision over someone elses interpretation. I felt like an ass. lol. When I feel like an ass, well, I equate that with a feeling that I was closing my mind and refuting any one's visions that are different than my own. You easily and non-confrontationally pulled me back into humility. For me, that feels REALLY good. You never responded, and sometimes I let sleeping dogs lay, but it seemed profound, if only for me. OP, a little of base with this one, but does this mean anything to you? See the reference of the two knights? Quoting: Saptaparna Vision shifted to an artistic image. Two 'knights' with emblems of a green tree on the shoulder armor that shifted to a hawk or eagle, and back to tree, over and over. They were kneeling inside a cave, planting or digging up a rose vine, with one rose at the pinnacle of the vine, reaching straight towards the skies. The scene dissolved and reformed, as if time had elapsed. The cave had 'collapsed', and the knights long gone. The rose vine still thrust into the sky, and all around, the land was broken.
