President Obama has the authority to legalize marijuana
(and place it in the same category with tobacco and alcohol)
by Executive Order.
if President Obama issued the Executive Order to legalize
marijuana before the election, he would be re-elected by
the biggest landslide in history!!!!!!

It would be just another tax to pay. no. it's a damn bit better than that, bunkie. once marijuana is legalized and sold on the open market, it value will ultimately settle at about $10 a pound as a mere farm commodity. and $10/lb. is a lot of money. because tobacco farmers only get about $2 a pound for their tobacco crop.
