..put the pipe down, the President is in charge of the Executive branch of our three(3) branch federal govt...the Legislative branch, the Senate and House of Representatives make laws and create and fund agencies to apply/enforce those laws...the Judicial branch makes sure the laws/regulations are legal, Constitutionally correct, and applied "fairly". The President cannot make marijuana legal, he can request the DEA,FBI and DOJ and other agencies make marijuana a lower priority, but he can't overturn a law...in addition, Congress could then pass other laws/bills/appropriations to prohibit or pressure the President to oversee the enforcement of laws they have passed. If you wish Federal drug laws to be changed,you need to vote for Senate/Congress candidates who support your position. Put he pipe down and reread your 5th grade Civics book. People who are ill informed as to how their govt "can" work are in a perpetual funk when things don't go their way...sorry about your foot, what a waste.
