i always use canned tomato sause in my pasta sauce.

it has no sugar just tomatoes. i add everything else.

fuck junk sugar sauce.

if you like tangy sauces, mix a can of tomato paste and a can of cream of mushroom soup. makes a thick, yummy, spag sauce. cheap and yummy

Nothing wrong with that.. you can feed a whole family for about $2.00, but I always make a big pot of my homemade for about $15 and I freeze what I don't use.

Stay away from the ready made crap. Spend some time to learn how to cook real sauce.. it's healthier and still a cheap meal.

I make spagetti for my family out of a ketchup and butter mixture, then add the noodles -- the kids call it "sketti."
