The statement, carried on the official Korean Central News Agency, warned residents in the area where the activists plan to launch their balloons to "evacuate in anticipation of possible damage". [ link to www.straitstimes.com] This all depends on whether South Korean Officials can convince/stop the Independant activists to not go ahead with the leaflet drop..... South Korea has said they will fire back at North Korea....certainly be interesting to see what happens MOnday! [ link to www.breakingnews.com]
