Pervert escapes jail after police find hoard of child and animal porn – including videos of sex with an OCTOPUS

A pervert has walked free from court after pleading guilty to possessing a hoard of child and animal porn – including videos of sex with an OCTOPUS.

Robert Peter Moore, 31, had amassed a massive collection of pornography including 35 images and 79 videos of humans having sex with a range of animals also including a pig, a goat and a horse.

Judge Colin Burn declined to view the pictures of the extreme animal porn after prosecution counsel Jeremy Hill-Baker said the images "speak for themselves".

During his mitigation at Bradford Crown Court today, Robin Frieze, for Moore, quipped: "If the prospect of a human being having sex with an octopus speaks for itself then my learned friend certainly has a better imagination than I."

Moore, who does not accept he has a sexual deviance, pleaded guilty to 14 counts of possessing child and animal pornography.

Police had also found 82 indecent images or videos of children on his hard drive ranging from levels one to four in terms of seriousness although it was accepted he had stumbled across that by accident.

Mr Frieze added: "This is an unusual case as there's been no attempt to look for child pornography.

The British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) is embroiled in a child sex scandal centred on Jimmy Savile, its anchorman on many popular entertainment shows for over thirty years. Now new information is surfacing which indicates that Jimmy Savile was a fully paid up member of the Paedophile Information Exchange (P.I.E) - an organisation which campaigned for the abolition of the age of consent in the UK.

The letter below has been sent to Lord Patten, Chairman of the BBC Trust. In it I have stated "I am placing this information before you in this open letter as I feel that the BBC should now initiate a full investigation into these reports suggesting that during the 1970’s and early 1980’s the BBC’s editorial policy was influenced in favour of P.I.E. This alleged infiltration of the BBC by P.I.E might also explain how Savile was able to operate as a sexual predator during his extended tenure at the BBC without challenge and/or prosecution."
I will pursue my objective of securing a full investigation into the alleged membership of Jimmy Savile of the organisation, P.I.E. I will also continue to seek a full and open investigation of the influence, if any, that P.I.E exerted on BBC editorial policy during the 1970's and 1980's. I also expect the authorities to investigate whether any BBC employees were members of P.I.E or expressed sympathy and support for the aims and objectives of P.I.E.

This is an open letter, ie. I do not regard it as confidential and reserve the right to publish it. There are some parts of it in italics, these sections I do regard as confidential and, as such, they will not be published.

During 1982 I initiated an investigation into corruption in public life which resulted in the criminal prosecution of some high profile figures for offences against children, including serial child rape.

I turn now to the reason for my writing to you at this point.

My investigation led me to the fringes of the Paedophile Information Exchange (P.I.E), an organisation whose history is a matter of public record. The organisation was founded during October 1974 and officially disbanded during 1984.( [link to en.wikipedia.org] Due to a lack of financial support my investigation into PIE was severely limited although I did secure two names on the membership list of the organisation, one was Jimmy Savile. One of the key aims of the organisation was to secure a reduction of the age of consent in the UK to FIVE and then abolish it altogether. The organisation secured significant support within parliament, the entertainment industry, the media and similar, professional, organisations. It was reported that, when the organisation was finally closed down, the membership list was found to contain the names of nationally known politicians, entertainers and people engaged in professions, including the medical and legal profession. Some teachers were, I believe, also found to be registered members. The quality and influential nature of its membership and the extent of support for the aims of the organisation among ‘opinion formers’ probably explains how it managed to remain in existence in this country for a decade before it was finally closed down. My investigations did clearly indicate that the tentacles of P.I.E extended deep into the establishment including the BBC and Parliament.

This quote from the book Paedophilia - The Radical Case (Chapter 11) gives an indication of just how far the tentacles of P.I.E had spread and how influential the organisation had become

"One outcome of the MIND conference was the suggestion to Keith that PIE should submit evidence to the Home Office Criminal Law Revision Committee on the age of consent. With amazing despatch Keith did exactly this, preparing and submitting the seventeen-page document discussed in Chapter 6 in a matter of weeks, without the benefit of research time or facilities at his disposal. What's more, we have it on reliable authority that his work caught the imagination of no less a figure than the Home Secretary of the time, Roy Jenkins."

The source who notified me that Savile was a fully paid up member of the organisation is extremely reliable. Other sources implied that Savile’s membership of P.I.E was known to others within the BBC who were either sympathetic to its objectives or were members themselves. This might explain why there appeared to be no effective pursuit of the organisation by BBC sponsored current affairs and investigative programmes during that period of P.I.E’s existence.

I am placing this information before you in this open letter (except for the parts in ITALICS) as I feel that the BBC should now initiate a full investigation into theses reports suggesting that during the 1970’s and early 1980’s the BBC’s editorial policy was influenced in favour of P.I.E. This alleged infiltration of the BBC by P.I.E might also explain how Savile was able to operate as a sexual predator during his extended tenure at the BBC without challenge and/or prosecution.

It has been reported that Savile was responsible for the sexual assault of a brain damaged child at Stoke Mandeville Hospital. It has been stated “it can get no lower than this.” I beg to differ. My understanding is that the archive at New Scotland Yard hold an image of the youngest child recorded as being sexually abused, the child was female and was still attached to its mother by the umbilical cord. Perhaps there is someway to go before we reach the bottom of this “cesspit?”

I do expect and formal and comprehensive response from you within a reasonable time period. A copy of this letter has been forward to The Commissioner of the Metropolitan Police, Mr Bernard Hogan-Howe.

Jimmy Savile: Editor of Newsnight Peter Rippon steps aside

The BBC has also announced that a blog in which Mr Rippon gave his reasons for dropping the Savile film was “inaccurate or incomplete in some respects”.

The corporation said it “regrets these errors”, and issued a correction to Mr Rippon’s blog post of Oct 2.

The BBC Trust, which governs the BBC, said it was “deeply concerning” that there had been inaccuracies in the corporation's description of why Newsnight did not show the Savile film.

The BBC said Mr Rippon had been wrong on three counts in his blog.

He had wrongly said Newsnight had no evidence against the BBC, when in fact its reporters had been told Savile abused girls on BBC premises.

One in 20 priests an abuser, inquiry told

AT LEAST one in 20 Catholic priests in Melbourne is a child sex abuser, although the real figure is probably one in 15, the state inquiry into the churches' handling of sex abuse was told this afternoon.

RMIT professor Des Cahill said his figures, based on analysing conviction rates of priests ordained from Melbourne's Corpus Christi College, closely matched a much larger American analysis of 105,000 priests which found that 4362 were child sex offenders.

The intercultural studies professor also told the inquiry that the Catholic Church was incapable of reforming itself because of its internal culture. He said the Church's Melbourne Response abuse protocol had to go, and the state would have to intervene to achieve it.

I am as confused as anyone else at how deep the rabbit hole goes, but I'm also aware that knowingly false stories are sometimes circulated for parapolitical reasons: to destabilise corporations like the BBC and indeed entire countries.

Well actually, she has no freaking excuse. I remember writing to her about this 'authorities and their blind eye to abuse' issue about 5 yrs ago.

Look, we really have to get this: all UK authorities and media are rotten and corrupt.

What about MPs and many others who just stood by in silence when victims tried to report abuse?

Phone app featuring sex tips for teens slammed as 'irresponsible'


Children as young as 13 are being advised that they can flout the age of sexual consent by a sordid NHS website.

The service, which is partly funded by EU and publicised in schools, even offers tips on sex acts.

In total defiance of the law, it advises that while sex under the age of 16 is illegal ‘you are the only one who knows when you are ready’.

MPs and family groups say the service, which costs 56,000 pounds and is inspired by Dutch sex education techniques, should be halted because it encourages sexual experimentation among children.

The Respect Yourself website and smartphone app is the first service of its kind in the UK and has just been rolled out across 39 secondary schools in Coventry and Warwickshire.

The site contains sexually explicit images, diagrams of erogenous zones, a “sextionary” of explicit terms and advises that “there is very little stopping you accessing hardcore pornography from the comfort of your sofa.”

Isn't it time we all faced the facts our mighty political, religious, entertainment and royal leadership is tainted with practices that are crimes against humanity?

The good people of the western world have no choice now but to gather and remove the scum from positions of power.
The light is being shone on these misfits and we are now able to see the extent to which our society has been manipulated in favour and in protection of those who have dis-empowered, abused, raped and murdered those children who are the most vulnerable in our dysfunctional society.

I can't believe that people are falling for the whole Newsnight story distraction.

All of the media had this information and no one chose to run it until the victims started to really push for the story to come out.

The real story is that there are paedophile rings running at the highest echelons of our society and that these seem to be surviving solely on the deference that people are willing to show those in authority.

Until we get the point that a 14 year old is considered to be worth as much as a rich, powerful man then people will keep turning a blind eye.

This will be a problem for a long time in the UK, where children are still hated and feared rather than protected.

I wonder how many other paedophile stories are being sat on at the moment because they "only have the women" as though evidence ever comes from anything other than victim’s testimonies in abuse cases.

It's disgusting that people like Gambaccini are trying to make themselves out to be heroes by telling the truth now when actually they are enablers. Telling people that it is ok to let children be abused if you might lose your job when you speak out. It is not ok and never will be. He should be saying "I made a mistake and I am sorry, no one should do what I did". The media are subtly telling people that the correct, “normal” behaviour is to turn a blind eye.

The Minister And The Aristocrat

Seems that a former Tory minister, when he had to stay the required number of nights in his constituency, would stay at the local aristocrat's gaff. One night the aristo is paddling down the corridor, no doubt past the armour, when he hears cries from his 12-year-old son's room. Going in, he finds the Tory minister hanging out of his son. He promptly hits the panic button.
It being the aristo, when the alarm sounds at the nick the fucking lot show up - choppers and all (high alert at time re IRA). First plod on the scene piles in and the aristo says, "Arrest that bastard!" The copper recognises the Tory minister, and knocks it upstairs sharpish. A few more shunts and it's Maggie on the blower saying leave it, she'll sort it. V soon after, the Tory minister was whisked off to work in a significantly reduced role. One wonders what hold they have over the aristo, eh?
There's a back-up story to this as well, which involves the burglar with the longest sentence ever...

The Unluckiest Man In Here

Whilst on a short holiday courtesy of the Queen, we were indulging in the popular pastime of 'Unluckiest Bloke In Here', which was often awarded to myself, when a new arrival from a neighbouring nick said that his ex-cell mate *had* to be The Unluckiest Bloke In The Entire Fucking System.
The gent in question was a career burglar - he specialised in stately homes and the like. And, by all accounts, he was good at it. Anyway, whilst doing a job in some grandee's mansion, he'd been rumbled. Fair cop, etc. A great believer in 'If you can't do the time' etc, he was undaunted by the prospect of 18 months to two years in the pokey - this being the expected sentence by both his knowing friends and his brief.
Dawns the trial, however, and his circumstances have changed. To such an extent that he really doesn't want to do *any* time just now. So he decides to play his Get Out Of Jail Card.
On a job a while before, he'd come across some photos of A High Up Politician and very young boys, and had kept them for a rainy day. Deciding that today's court appearance is very inclement, he pulls out the envelope and shows his brief, who shows it to the prosecution. They approach the judge. The judge immediately adjourns to the following day.
Next day a chap appears replacing our boy's brief and says, "I'm looking out for you now. Don't worry, it's sorted." Our lad winks at his girlfriend, and goes to sleep for the rest of the trial. The judge sums up and says, "This is by far and away the worst case of burglary I've ever seen and as such deserves the maximum sentence. 12 years. Take him down'

Now I'm sure that this story is know to many journalists and they know the names of those involved so why the hell is this not being investigated?
