AS I said they really are nice guys, WE ALL talk about baseball and football, kid around and all. And YES they all do their share of work, it's not that big of a plant where we work so you can't really slack off. Problem is the place hates to fire anybody except in extreme matters because whenever somebody, plant employee or office employee, has even a little tiff with the company they call our local paper, which is so starved for local news that they send a reporter out to cover it, next day it's in the morning paper and all over town (mid-size midwestern city I'm talking about) and then the company looks bad and has to explain their side of things.

This whole election thing does have them wound-up and I dont know why, they work a regular 40-hour week, so I dont think they get any govt. check or whatever, but they talked about busting up downtown.
