After coming back from Basic Training in the U.S. Military and I was in the best shape of my life.

I weighed 155 LBS and I was pretty ripped. I'm 5 Feet 6 Inches in height.

That was back in 2002.

I now weigh 189 LBS and feel stronger and faster. I did lift weights though.
