I's like this: the Nobody is a private citizen with all the rights and responsibilities that go with it.

In order for this person to gradually be noticed by more and more people, there's going to have to be something about him that gets the buzz going.

More then likely, there are going to be things about him that fulfill various prophecies, after all, you can't be the " messiah " that people are waiting for if you're not. You may be able to fake it and get a small following, as evident by modern charlatans, but this man will be obvious beyond a shadow of a doubt, but at the same time, quiet, humble, and probably frightened as well.

These prophecies he'll fulfill will also include biblical prophecy, just as stated, otherwise it won't go down.

It's going to be much harder for religious people to handle it because he will fit biblical prophecy, but he won't fit the biased preconceived personifications that many have. This is something they will have to rectify, personally. So, since he's an everyday man, a " commoner ", he'll naturally and logically appeal to his peers first, then most religious folks will come around after the non-religious do.

This is even spoken of in Matthew 20:16

"So the last will be first, and the first will be last."

This is just one way god will teach us all a lesson at the same time.

Everything in the world is backwards, remember that when you ponder what you think an antichrist would be to the modern world.

There's more to think about

Members of his family may have been involved with various groups/organizations, like the Illuminati, Freemasons/Knights Templar, for example, but he would not have known about any of it, otherwise he would have figured out who he actually is at a much younger age.

His ignorance to his family's potential involvement with said organizations would happen by several ways. They could have been very distant relatives he had little contact with, who were also perhaps sworn to secrecy, or he could have been lost to his own family, separated from them.

The bible and biblical prophecy is another thing he would have had to have been completely ignorant to, along with any sort of odd things about his family's activities.

If he was religious in any way , more then likely it wouldn't fulfill biblical prophecy, because he would have figured it out.

This is really just a matter of simple logic.

He supposedly is considered both a fool and a somewhat intelligent man, so in order for him to have remained ignorant of who he really was, he'd have to have been completely ignorant about all the things that will eventually prove who he actually is, to everybody else.

So, somebody who was basically completely ignorant of any sort of " Fringe topics/woowoo " or religious prophecies, and in order to be ignorant of religious prophecies, one would have to have been " not religious ".
