I take tumeric in capsule form. I've noticed that it has helped almost all of my aches and pains from past injuries go away. I've gone a few weeks not needing to take pain relievers or wear knee braces. If you take them I do recommend doing so after eating. I notice that it just doesn't sit quite as well if I take them on an empty stomach.

And someone else mentioned this.. but it is a spice. You can use it on your food.
