Anyone take Turmeric capsules/tablets?

I drink Turmeric tea almost daily, but only because I love the taste. I heat up a mixture of the spice (heaping teaspoon), half tsp of coconut oil, quite a bit of real cream, a sprinkle of pepper, and honey or agave to sweeten.
It tastes great to me and almost all of my friends and family have asked to taste it, then get hooked on it, too.
I have no idea if I am any healthier because of it; I just like the taste since it reminds me of eggnog in a way.

This is a great article! I have to say I have been using Turmeric 500 mg 2 tablets a day for 4 years now. I am pain free I have no more pain! My joints feel great and I am in superb Health.

An anti-inflammatory, good for rheumatoid arthritis. Moreover, in 2005, a lab study using rats :( inflicted with melanoma, turmeric cured this disease. Eight years later, the AMA has not conducted sufficient studies using humans, due to the monetary loss potential for big pharm, I'm guessing.

I take it to detox, and I notice the effect very much. Helps with skin conditions etc.

Good anti-inflammatory too. And protects the brain.
