There now exists more than enough evidence to qualify the our Sun as a variable star. Although I will admit the human eye would not be a reliable tool for calibrating the visible output of the Sun.

I believe that the process of pole shift and Ascension will start Dec 21 2012 and ends some time in March 2013 to October 2013. In that time period, there will be lots of catastrophes, like earthquakes, solar radiation, etc, and only those who ascend to 4th density with Earth will survive the devastating Earth Changes that are about to happen.
