and what do you mean what upgrade... what will this upgrade do to you and how many have you gotten

and how do you know for sure you are getting an upgrade

I have had visions and lucid dreams astral projected , out of body experiences at different times through out my life. Over the last 5 years these instances have increased. At one time I had some significant health problems. Now they are almost none existent. I know the feelings when my body changes for the better... not to be rude but my head and body will vibrate, my hair will stand on end all over my body and I will get horny as all get out( I also meditate and push that upwards as well) and get hot all over to the point of sweating while its cold outside and have to get down to the minimum of clothing and other things happen as well , after this sort of thing happens I also get answers to question I have or need answers as well. I am 50 and my IQ is still 127( top 13.59% according to the last test I took, took it once didn't practice for it ) [link to www.iqtest-center.com] I have been able to put things together in my mind that I have had no formal schooling for . I don't share all I know here don't want to , but do share some of what I know. Hope this sort of answers in a round about way your questions and ponderings about that .

she has so many the basket we have is too small.. so I figured make a rack for them so you can see them and she wont toss it in the basket and they smash cause they are glass bottles...

already had one bottle break wasn't a pretty site

Most nail products contain formaldehyde ... the embalming fluid. I understand wanting to do something nice for your daughter but please consider how all that stuff will affect her health in the long run

I had a really fucked up bad dream

I saw this twisting cloud fat looking im not sure what it was... looked like the color of sand...

then I saw like this thing that blew up in the sky and then separated and came down in my dream I was seeing real life then drawing it..

I knew as it came down it would rip your skin off so everyone was running inside from it I think I heard iran

then I saw my mom I was trying to reach her by phone didn't work and email but shes never used email so i don't know why I was trying to email her

where she lived it all started there and in my dream I was trying to show her how to only use a back pack and a cane so she can leave and where to go with my little bother..

it was just them two there was no electricity and something very bad happened in that state..
some how she survived and I was trying to tell her what direction to walk

but she cant even walk..
