In Texas "School Cops" have cruisers and carry guns.
As African America has no interest in education, schools with a lot of African American students become places of distraction and disruptive behavior. Led around by gold toofed minstrels who tell African America that they have no choice but to be "gangstas" and "thugs", black schools have become more akin to prisons than places of education and advancement.

It's truthful and written respectfully at the same time...I can tell you that the black football players on my sons teams over the years and their black friends don't behave this way...not even their black friends hang out with those that behave like that...but they are the exceptions to the rule.
