more about the Fatima apparitions..

I hope this dream doesnt rustle some feathers..
I had it just as I was waking up..
this is what I saw.
I was at Fatima..
If you are familiar with the shrine you will know that facing the cathedral on the right next to the big tree and next to where you light the candles there is a church..that is semi open..where masses are officiated..there is usually a statue of the Blessed Mother Of Fatima in the centre at the top of the aisle..

this is what I saw in the "dream"..

the little church was full..I was sort of looking in

I could see the faces of the people clearly..
and I noticed they were all talking among themselves and pointing..so I looked at where they were pointing and noticed that the statue of Our Lady had her back to the crowd..so it seems everyone was wondering why the statue had her back turned...then I looked again..and the statue was no longer a statue it was Our Blessed Mother..and She had Her back to the congregation because She was officiating Mass..BUT the Mass was the Traditional Latin Mass..I could see Her prepare Communion..I could see Her hands..and all the time with Her back to the crowd..it was the Traditional Latin Mass..

And I woke up..

I will probably delete this later...

Dreams and visions are like songs. They have many interpretive meanings to a thought written in pen that has a broad range of meanings to several segments of those that hear the song and interpret the meaning that best matches their ideas and life philosophies and experiences. IMHO. Now messages like the OP of a post that mentioned Uriel that is a different matter all together. No interpretation there. IMHO that is prophecy.

Fasting as a means to gain godliness(attempt to be closer to God in knowledge-mystically) is misspent if done in regimented ways like a chosen day in each month one takes as a fast. If doing anything that seems regimented one needs to take a step back and realize that God loves us, fast or no fast and that one does not attain a greater love from God in doing so. Fasting is for our benefit not for God's benefit. Dont fast if your heart is not in it, God loves you regardless of a fast or not. I'm a chunky fellow. :) Chunky and jolly. :) To each his or her own as long as you are truly led by the Holy Spirit. When it is your own ambition or the ambition of others it wont do much good I'm afraid, dont waste your calories regain them. :) and be jolly like me.

:) Calorie guy here! Fasting is a concern for some who are genuinely trying to get closer to God in their walk of faith here on earth. I understand this concern all to well. I have fasted in the past and I can not do it unless I am directly led of the Lord to fast. When He leads me to do it it is a very pleasant and honorable experience. Its not so much the action of a fast as unto God it is the attitude of of the heart when it comes to any sacrifice at least that we deem as sacrifice. I brought up the dream and vision factor because a lot of Christians, I am not assuming you here, has a misunderstanding that dreams come only from God and somehow are significant to share and declare. It really is not for general consumption. Dreams are deep and should be left to the heart of the person for the most part. I am sharing this because of the posts others Christians base their lack of understanding and broadcast there ignorance for all to see. Harsh words? No! The Kingdom of Heaven is not to be misrepresented it is akin to false prophecy and heresy. We should all be careful and sober about how we represent the Kingdom of God. This is being said because of the motivating factor of others on other posts who slander the Kingdom under the guise and guile of representing the Kingdom as by God Himself. These are in danger of facing a fate more grievous then the realm called Outer Darkness that Jesus spoke on. Any friend of Uriel is a friend of mine. :) :hf: :hf:

Thats a good and valid point..but it was so unusual I had to share it here..of course it could be just a dream..but I thought it worthwhile to share.

I dont usually share my dreams..just a minimum ..because I understand that they would be mostly either misunderstood or not believed which is reasonable as they could just be dreams..

This one I wanted to recount..as I have done with others that I think I should ..

I have been to Traditional Latin Mass and I prefer it..but I am not savvy about this and its not something I think about all the time..so I found this extremely unusual..and that the Statue became the Blessed Mother and SHE started celebrating Mass..I was shocked in the dream..literally shocked..its simply something I dont think I could imagine..I saw her hands..I was like zooming in from above..over the scene..I saw Her hands preparing Communion..with Her back to the congregation..It was a Traditional Latin Mass..But She was preparing Communion..it was impressive and because in the dream it was in Fatima I thought Id add it on to my Fatima thread

Deeply annoyed at the anti Catholic remarks on some threads..and personal insults for no other reason than being Catholic..wow..takes a lot of self control not to get too upset

they are lucky it isnt my mother at this end of the computer lol..she wouldnt take it...lol.

Better not to though..not for us..for Him..it would be what He wants..its so easy to get upset..it takes strength to forgive and to keep on loving..

Perhaps your dream indicates Mary's disapointment with the very few of her son's Priests who are willing to offer the 'Daily Sacrifice' in the vernacular. As to her preparing the hosts may refer to her preparing humanity for her son's coming. She precedes him yet again in his second coming...coro

I imagined her praying for us at the Roman Catholic Latin Mass that I attended this morning... Today was the first day that I can actually say that I understand Mary's role (our intercessor and mother)... I've been searching for confirmation for awhile and received it last night...
This morning I thanked her for it after mass.

So, as your dream suggests.... She does perform the mass for us ( in a way) and offers our lord, not only to us, but to God as a sacrifice.

God the Father loves the Tridentine Mass, the Latin Mass Maybe, in the new time, the Era of Peace it will be the only Mass. It is more reverent.
