They got control because it is the nature of government to expand and seek to control more and more aspects of life. Seeking control is also the nature of people who gravitate to government, both politicians and bureaucrats.

With failure after failure we won't have to beat them at their own game. The top down centralized bureaucracies they have created will fall of their own ponderous, murderous weight.

here's how to get a PHD in any field and how elected officials get through school ,it takes 2 people..one taking morning classes and the other one taking evening classes...an in ear ear piece and button camera to lead over at the tests while the other one is feeding the other the answers...then you just hire others under you who did learn the subjects and boss them without discussing what you "learned"...the in ear earpiece and button camera works for all actors...
