Sounds like a good idea because the idiots wont be able to get them when TSHTF.
A gun ban would happen just before the global pirates are planning the big event. They would ban guns so that they could flood the US with RPG's, Grenades, machineguns, etc and make a killing on the sale of such weapons. Then they let the masses do their dirty work and the Chinese would later mop up. Weapons of all sorts would follow the drug routes into the EU and USA as the profits would be tremendous. A gun ban would mean to get your bailout bag prepped.
BTW just monitoring GLP puts you on their radar. Liberal or not, if you have a wide range of interests, you are a person of interest. The liberals are usually the first to go since they realize they were duped into supporting something totally different, they tend to form resistance cells. Thats the way it works.
