Wishful thinking. New Age Hippies have been convinces that some great awakening or whatever BS they are buying today is just around the corner. Ever since the 60s it has been 'any day now!' 50 years from now there will be people on a site like this saying the same shit.

Maybe start some sort of barter circle locally. That way if the shit hits the fan you already have something ordinary but useful in place.

I agree that people have been expecting the end of the world for 50-100 years.. I don't believe for a second that the end of the world will ever happen, but I do believe that we are embarking on an "awakening" that will rock our belief system.
When this happens people will snap... that's what I'm preparing for.

I was the one that laughed at everyone that believed in the doom and gloom theory's about the end of days etc.. now, because of what I have seen with my own eyes and what I have been exposed to, I have no choice but to believe and prepare.
