Sad part about government debt is that most of the spending was wasted, with not much to show for it.

not a reading comprehender, huh? That's only about a quarter to one third of the total bill, and in reality it's 10 times larger because they are using IOU's for SS and dedicare/caide for real money

You useless eaters complain about wanting free money from the government, then you complain about the debt it creates.

Tear this one down and make a new one.

May I remind the peanut gallery that's 40k per man woman and child, so, someones gonna pony up for the babies and geriatrics in the family who have nothing of their own.

Actually, its not quite that pretty. 47% will pay no part of this debt.

The very wealthy, top 1% that earn 13.4% of the income will cover about 23% of that burden.

The top 20% will actually cover 70% of that debt load.
The next 33% will split the remaining 30%.

The 47% Obama loving bottom feeders have no part in this scenario. They will continue to leech off the system and drive it to grow bigger and bigger.

Once that 47% becomes 51% its all over.

That's just the debt for the last FOUR years, total debt for every man, woman, and child is over $40,000...Oh, and BTW, you are also liable for your dependents...

So A Family of four is now toting a bill of over $160,000.00, this does not include the money our government has pledged to Pensions, or Social Security, or other unfunded mandates and contingent liabilities...

AND that's gotta be AFTER TAX money, so you have to start out with much more..

Lol why would any sane person claim to owe money to people that

a) can't produce a lawful commercial contract to prove statute jurisdiction
b) do not represent your highest interest
c) do not tell you exactly what is going on even though the truth would vastly change your outlook on 'citizenship'
d) cannot prove there is a lawful debt because charging interest on a fiat currency is not lawful
e) need your ignorance/complacency to continue with business as usual even though there is a ton of great information on how reality is actually working

It is all insanity, and all unfounded claims. Simple as that. Such is to be expected when moving from darkness and lies to truth and light.

You have to be paid under the table or live off investments in order to avoid payroll taxes.

They'll come for you and yours either way, dont imagine you pay anything with what you go without. The reason for the debt, the real reason is that not one penny paid has gone to reducing the debt since probably since 1913

republican admins are debt disasters , the first year of a following democrat one is still high until they recover then it starts dropping until republicans are elected and up it goes again.

All money in circulation has been lent and relent over an over again by the top to the bottom transforming the entire money supply the bottom uses into debt owned to the top or owners.

The total credit market debt or what the Federal reserve calls the money supply is 55 Trillion Dollars currently.

official unemployment is sitting around 8% ansd the US labor force is around 141 Million people.

Workers or income earners are the only ones that can service debt...

The debt per worker in the USA is 390,000 Dollars per worker.

basically the entire mone ysupply is owned by the top and all below pay the rent and teh cost to pay the rent is hidden in the prices of everything.

The Public debt of 16 Trillion is small compared to the total credit market debt.

Obama inherited 2 very costly wars and a national debt running rampant. This is a fact.

Statistics would tend to suggest that you have a strong point regarding the Congress during each Presidency having a bigger effect.

In 2001 the USA went to Afghanistan and then Iraq.

Well you can blame Bush till the sky falls, under this administration the each and every man, woman, and child's share of the National Debt has grown by over 80% in FOUR YEARS...

I'm no Bush fan either, personally I think him and his luciferian family are a bunch of carpet baggers, but that 80% figure is a fact, and this comes after Obama promised to cut the deficit in half after just two years of his Presidency...Hell the U.S. hasn't even had a Budget since he's been POTUS...
