Here are the cards and basic positions:

Situation, influence, obstacle:
1) 5 of Disks (Worry)
2) 5 of Swords (Defeat) [reversed]
3) 6 of Swords (Science)

Mental line:
4) 10 of Swords (Ruin)
6) Fortune (X) [reversed]

Physical line:
5) Queen of Swords
7) 4 of Swords (Truce) [reversed]

Self, others, hopes/fears, result:
8) 5 of Disks (Disappointment)
9) Knight of Disks [reversed]
10) Knight of Swords
11) 5 of Wands (Strife)

Clarifier:
12) The Hierophant (V) [reversed]

So, obviously there is great worry about something. Defeat is reversed, so it is not fully aspected here. It would be funny if you were in a profession related to science, but that can also simply be an issue with teamwork, or freelance, or perception, etc.

Ruin adds to the other cards, it can represent getting fired here, or being worried about a job related task. Fortune is also reversed, so is there a change, shift, or worry of that?

The Queen can represent an actual female, like a boss, maybe even a wife, but it can also represent qualities of you. Often our own qualities are projected back to others and come back at us without us knowing it. The Universe is a reflection of yourself.

She is moving to Truce, so if it is a wife of girlfriend, it can signify a coming to terms. It is reversed, so maybe you do need to come to terms with the problem. Even sham peace (even with yourself) can help you get to the next logical step.

Disappointment represents you, or how you see yourself, so there is another aspect of worry here. It is pretty obvious.

Others see you as the Knight of Swords, but reversed, so is the issue really about a job or money? You are really not that swayed by the problem, even though you might think so, as others see you as determined, and inspired. Intelligent enough to overcome the problem.

Strife is the final card, and this can represent challenge and the need to overcome opposites. None of these cards are set in stone; it is always up to you to truly know your issues and how to overcome them. the only thing you can do is look for guidance and support if you are stuck.

The sum of the cards is 50, which reduces to 5 (The Hierophant):

"Don't cling to exoteric or dead forms. Look for the hidden meaning. Let yourself be guided by deep conviction."
(Look inside yourself more, and less outside yourself. Remember what I said about the Universe, above.)

The Hierophant is also the extra clarifier, and he is reversed. This can represent the need for spiritual guidance, or a teacher. You are posting this and there were many "negative" cards showing that you have a serious issue, but you were always the one that had the key to overcome it, you just need to find it.
