I'm going to list the cards like the previous readings, and come back in and fill out the interpreation with details. I will PM you when it is finished so you can come look. :)

While shuffling, the Hermit flew out of the deck onto the table, so I used that for your first card.

Issue, Additional influence, "obstacle":
1.) The Hermit (IX)
2.) Adjustment (VIII)
3.) Knight of Cups [reversed]

Mental line:
4.) Prince of Swords
6.) The Sun (XIX)

Physical line:
5.) The Priestess (II) [reversed]
7.) The Emperor (IV) [reversed]

Self, Other's views, Hopes & fears, "Result":
8.) 6 of Disks (Success) [reversed]
9.) 2 of Cups (Love)
10.) 9 of Disks (Gain) [reversed]
11.) The Moon (XVIII) [reversed]

Clarifier:
12.) Prince of Wands [reversed]

(Details coming soon, but I will add that you have the Sun *and* both Moon
cards here. This is interesting...)

Starting with the Hermit, he represents the "inner light" and spiritual illumination, as well as the retreat from the material world to take a period of self-reflection, and then coming back to share that knowledge with others.

The Hermit is the wise old man that knows that there are many roads, but that they all lead to the same destination.

Adjustment along with this is definitely reinforcing the importance of this card. Adjustment is also balance and harmony, there are a few cards which symbolize this in their own ways.

I took a minute to look at your birthday as well, it adds up to 39, which is 12 reducing to 3. Twelve is the Death card, and three is the Empress. These two cards are connected because one is the "Great Mother", and symbolic of creation, and Death is symbolic for rebirth or resurrection through death. You can learn a lot by looking at those cards personally, even if they aren't in this spread at the moment.

The Knight of Cups is the last court card of Water, and is a very emotional card. The adjustment might need to be on an emotional level, but also internally?

The mental line showing the Prince of Swords is good, that is eloquence, and intelligence in a nutshell. moving up to The Sun is great, it represents joy and happiness, and is elevated, so it may be more in your conscious mind. you might have been really happy and feeling good when I was shuffling the cards. Great cards there, just don't let the "flight of fancy" of the Knight get ahead of you. Use logic and intellect but not in a crass or crude manner.

Self-reflection and control of the ego might be a good way to look at these cards here.

The Priestess on the physical line is interesting, because she is usually about intuition, dreams, psychic abilities, etc. But I want to look more at the physical aspects of the card here. It is reversed and moves to the Emperor who is also reversed. The Emperor is about order and law, but this card can definitely get out of hand. Our society today is overrun by people like him (in the negative aspects.)

So I will look at this aspect of The Priestess and the Emperor, because of the KNight of Swords down there in the subconscious position:

"Uniting Intelligence" --> "Constituting Intelligence"

You see yourself as the 6 of Disks, which is Success, but it is reversed, so it may need an extra look, or it could be one of the cards related to the obstacle of Adjustment.

Others see you as the 2 of Cups (Love) which is great. You probably have a very good support network, even if it might not be readily obvious, and I will get to that in a second. This could also explain part of the Priestess card. With the emperor, it could also represent the organization of thoughts, and more trust in the "inner voice" for stability and guidance. Maybe on an emotional level? Only you can say for sure.

Hopes and fears is Gain, which is reversed again. This may or may not be a material card here, even though it is an Earth card. Again, I can't fully say.

The final card is the Moon, which is actually not the moon at all, but Pisces. You don't have any planets in Pisces, your ninth house. Maybe that is why these cards are prominent. Some sort of deficiency that may be normally hard to notice or correct. I can't really say, I'm not great with astrology stuff yet.

The Moon card is about fear of the unknown, and also of illusions. It is reversed so I think it is important. You have Cancer rising, which I think represents a type of "gentle soul" person, so maybe the message here is a sort of emotional adjustment (maybe simply with self-reflection) without fear, because any sort of worry that you might have is most likely an illusion.

The clarifying card (Prince of Wands) can warn to not be a hothead, but I don't think that you would normally be that type of person, but it is there. It can also simply represent a desire that you have, and to not be afraid of that first step, if you are.

I'm linking to a LOT of the cards, because you have a bunch of Trumps. A large amount of trumps usually means a matter that is kind of out of your control, so it would reinforce the aspects of self-reflection and unification of opposites through adjustment and harmony, which are the most important concepts I think for things that are kind of "beyond us."

I think I'd like to add that the Love card here with the Hermit, Adjustment, The Priestess, The Sun, The Moon, Art, *and* The Hierophant, might even hint at the importance of the balance of the inner and outer. There is a lot of stuff in this spread, and it is very complex...

The sum of the cards is: 77 which reduces to 14 and 5.

"Seek the proper mixture. Despite all the tensions, attempt to connect opposites with each other. Go into the depths (Art), then you will understand the meaning of the whole (The Hierophant)."

Go into the depths *is* the Hermit, so this card flying out of the deck was pretty appropriate I think! :)
