Quoting: Tess2012 London City Airport put a halt on flights while there were half an hour delays on all incoming and outgoing flights out of Heathrow. Meanwhile on the railways, passengers were affected by a series of broken down trains and low visibility problems. Meanwhile the weather is expected to get even stranger as Britain is to get 'blood rain' for Halloween. The 'blood rain' is set to be caused by Saharan dust mixing with the wet weather, the Met Office has said.
