It is not sustainable. The Earth is a finite resource, we cannot continue to fill it up with more and more humans living capitalistic competitive consumerist lifestyles - the planet simply cannot support it.

The most devastating weather event is a massive flood. Most people are not insured for floods. Property values drop off a cliff, then the local county and school taxes aren't enough to cover costs...thats the death spiral.

Or to hand out to the losers. Unless they have a guiding hand with handouts their rioting will die out in a day or so. anyone who is too lazy to wash and comb their hair, pull up their pants or work will not riot past stealing and burning in their own neighborhoods.

But if they burn their own neighborhoods, I'd guess they are not insured so your theory is bunk. All that happens then is that neighborhood is bulldozed and the only thing distributed are the poor people to other towns and neighborhoods. Thus not so much spreading the wealth but more spreading the welfare.

what makes you so sure Obama wins the electoral votes? I believe its 26 states are required to vote based on the popular vote...

If this "should" happen, I don't think it will be the "usual" unrest and burning in black ghettos this time round. I think it will be much more wide-spread and will not be halted until many thousands on both sides have been killed (both by each other and by the police/military called in to restore peace and protect property,etc.)

It is a tragedy to contemplate such a thing - yet we cannot let the "threat" of it by the Blacks, or White militant/Nazis, etc., keep us from voting and dealing with the outcome of the election in a lawful and decent manor. That includes (if Romney is elected) putting our differences aside after the election and working to make a better country for ALL citizens. Not just for the rich, poor, black, white, etc. BUT FOR ALL AMERICANS!

If a race war breaks out it will be to the detriment of the perpetrators. Yes, lives will be lost. But we know the final outcome. And the rioters, looter, mal-contents will never be able to stand up against the rule of law. They never have and never will.

PRAY it doesn't happen. But should it really come to pass - keep safe yourselves and your families and know it will pass. God will protect those who are decent people who truly do not want such a war. At least the vast majority of them - and he'll do so without regard to the color of their skin. It's what's in their hearts that will merit or not merit his divine protection and/or intervention to keep them safe.

This is THE most heated election i've seen

Iran would like nothing more than a "race war" in the United States. Russia woul like nothing more then a break up of the US. And china would like nothing more than all of the above.

Think before you "lock and load".

We're Americans. We can solve our differences without villianizing and killing one another.

We've The people, black white whatever, have fought every major war in our countries history together. We can fight the war against hate and division too. Enough is enough.

Either we hang together or we hang sepreatly. Tell the aggitators on the left and right and in the government to stop it.

I have heard this all my life from angry groups of people. I'm not concerned any more than in the past. I know what will happen, they will be shut down. Not all blacks are in this mind set, just a few discontents who would be fighting each other if they are not fighting other colors of people.

This is why the democratic presidents exist. They are there to ensure that the working class pay to allow the aloof to remain so w/o rising up. Just pay them and they'll behave.

But to assume that the republican president is there for the working class in any way is just being blind. They exist in order to keep the elite in a continued state of corporate power over the world. They use a cloak of 'let businesses thrive'. I haven't seen much of any thriving for a long long time. The last round of letting the working class enjoy some benefits of their investments was there just to keep the workers funneling money into the market. Then....poof....no more. Didn't cut any of the puppetmasters wealth, just took 1/2 the value of your home and gave it to someone else who was handing out stupidly high loans to people who shouldn't be allowed to get a loan for a car. Since then, the big corps have been continuing to post record profits, don't see any extra hiring. Most hvae been continually outsourcing to 3rd world countries. I've watched my own company continue getting tax breaks since I started a decade ore more ago..... yet the parking lot has 80% fewer cars over those 10 years. What are the tax breaks there for again? Oh, yes, personal gain for the leaders of the unfree world.

So enjoy voting, vote for Romney (which I will be) and watch how great things get. Oh, they didn't go so great.....uh....because it was the last guys fault.
