Who cares if the riot or not?

If history is any guide in this matter, lets examine the riots of the 1960's. In that case the Negros rioted and burned down their own homes and businesses in their neighborhoods. This type of activity presents a terrible problem for law enforcement. However, if you live out and away from those ghettos you should be fairly secure in your own domicile.
