Strange, and in my opinion totally bogus: what kind of so-called hurricane, makes landfall several times and picks up strength. That just doesn't make sense. One word for all of this "loosh". Since when to remnant from a storm cause catastrophic damage? Answer? NEVER

BTW: here's something from a local NJ paper (Asbury Park Press) from today:

"Weather forecasters in New Jersey are closely following the path of Tropical Storm Sandy down in the Caribbean.

Forecasters say remnants from the storm could affect the state beginning on Sunday and into early next week.

The potential exists for a major coastal storm with heavy rain, high winds, coastal flooding and beach erosion.

Forecasters say it all depends on the track of the storm and how Sandy interacts with a low pressure system approaching the coast.

The storm also could move out to sea and have little impact on New Jersey.

Any "drills" going on right now like the ones planned a year before the "events" of 9/11 took place? The technology to manipulate the weather for military purposes exists. Its not scifi! Weather is a weapon! Watching the Weather Channel right now and they are specifically predicting that this "storm" is going to strike the the northeast US according to their "computer models". Will it? We'll have to wait and see, but if it does tens of millions will be without electricity.

Why not? They already took down the towers in their homeland.

Remember last year during hurricane Irene, the city of New York totally overeacted and started evacuating people? Irene was a fail, but maybe this was just a test-run of sorts? I dunno, just throwin that out there...

The governement used the manipulated hurricane Erin to place FEMA in NYC the night before 9-11-01 and DENIED they were even there for months.

Its not even going to be a hurricane when it hits. Irene last year was worse but i still went to work just fine the next day.
