I know I can.

I have never actually moved anything yet, but I have been trying my entire life. I quit my job to work on it full time actually.

Thanks for replying everyone.
Right now, I can move plants quite easily and small pieces of paper and curtains. It is easier when I fast or I haven't eaten the whole day.
Does anyone have tips for me?
I find that things are much easier if I concentrate on the side of it - example the side of a piece of paper. I believe this is the same principle behind airplanes or maybe it has something to do with the fact that visually, there is less to move (it feels like you only have to move a thin line of paper but actually you are moving the whole page)

So, I gave some tips to some people (the side view thing) but e-mail me if you want to video chat on Skype and I can show you what I mean.

This ability is quite easy to cultivate but you need to have a lot of patience and if it doesn't work at first try again later. If I move one object, I "link" to it and it is easier the second time around and it gets easier with time. But if I do it once but have difficulty the second time, then I break the link and it becomes very hard.

Also, paper is easier than metal so pins are difficult even though they weigh "nothing".

Does anyone have any tips they would like to share?

I would love to. I would obviously make a video and give you the link from the word go but I am not interested in whether people believe me or not. My level is so small, what I do is I can make leaves move and I can make a folded piece of paper wave back on forth. I can make curtains move. If I videoed this, no one would believe me anyway so why bother? No my friend, I am glad that you know things I don't and I wish you would share them with me anyway but I can't be bothered to prove it to anyone. I just want to talk to people who believe already and I want to discuss specific techniques. As my ability grows and I feel comfortable I would rather do it via a webcam or something. But I understand the need for solid proof so what I will do is just wait till I can move big things and metal. Or once I perfect moving the foil across water. Right now it is too small and inconsistent. But with help from people we can develop our abilities because our energy and belief helps us all

This is probably one of the things that made me so determined to prove that telekinesis exists. I actually made a pact with Life and said if I don't start moving things with my mind I will give up and accept that life is just what I see and there is no magic. I got my deepest desire and I have seen many more amazing things. Mostly amazing synchronisiy. But another thing I am proud of is the fact that me, my cats and my dog all go for midnight walks to a little river near my house. I never thought such a close relationship with animals was possible, especially not cats but I am glad. They are one of the things that make me happy to get out of bed in the morning.

see comment. my ability is small and inconsistent and to be honest, I am looking for people who need constant proof. You wouldn't believe me even if I showed you. But I will make videos soon and I will post it on my website, when it is more under my control and I can move bigger things because people will say it is just the wind anyway. You just can't convince some people :) I did it in front of a guy and I could tell he didn't really know whether to believe me or not. COME ON! In front of someone? No video and they still don't believe?

I was 23 (I am 24 now) and I moved a sort of key tag thingy hanging from a door, then I moved an access card hanging from a painting with a lanyard. This was extremely easy and I have often pondered why. I think it was because the energy in the room was "thick". But I know it was mostly due to the fact that I could see the side of the card like this / instead of facing me. This is what I am referring to when I talk about the "side vision method".
