Anybody else a very older sibling?
My older brother is only 5 and the younger is 3. I'm 21. It's kinda weird too because my prents are divorced and I'm basically the dad/brother. It makes me doubly responsoble for them I think. Is anybody else here way older than their other sibs, or got any advice for me?

Re: Anybody else a very older sibling?
well if your close, stick around it'll mean alot

I'm 12 yrs older than my sister and we had lost both parents by the time I was 21 and she was 9
she went to live w/ my aunt(moms side)
and I moved around alot

I did keep in touch and did move close by for awhile, but my sis by her teen yrs did not really care to spend time

we both were raised differently so we are diff people

also she received almost $20k more in inheritence than me yet my family continuously drags their feet in correcting it

I hat to say it , but the one lesson I learned that took me 10 yrs to learn was forget your family and do what you need to do for yourself, theres no going back

so if its good, keep it going, if things become irreversible, move on

Include them even if it hampers you.

My sister is older and acted like I was a parasite when I was around. (and she didn't even live with us then) Made me feel horrible.
