I think it looks like some weird shaped balloon you see sometimes at the used car lots. Maybe one got loose somehow.

Looks like an alien cargo ship of some sort, in a way similar to the ones constantly coming from Mars and landing over at Moon before returning. Wonder what they are carrying!

looks like a parachute.....perhaps the person is so much smaller that he isnt visible?

on second thought......it does not look like a parachute cause it rotates/spins.....I think it is a balloon column as others said.

I've seen these before. It's a mesh bag filled with helium baloons with a draw string that rips the mesh open when pulled so the baloons are released.

Sometimes, the bag doesn't rip and floats away with the baloons still inside.

That is a balloon. It's blue and white, cigar shaped craft are metallic in nature.
