Found it odd today - mid-morning on my way to a doc appt I took a short cut thru a large shopping mall. Big signs all over - 'police drill' 'warning - alert'- do not cross yellow tape over a very large part of the parking lot on the side of the mall where a storee had been empty. I saw about 20 people - 5 township police cars, a few unmarked cars, a few guys in green army cammo's with guns, a big yellow school bus, and about 5 black unmarked helicoptors overhead. Just last month in the same town police held training practice at a highschool over a weekend.

Has anybody else witnesses these type of drills? Police and army working together? Maybe this is normal - dunno - but first time I ever saw it.
