TRUTH-Ben Franklin Invented Weather Modification

TPTB have been modifying weather since the days of the founding fathers.

Hundreds of years ago chemtrails came from giant smokestacks, not airplanes.

The main agenda was for a more controlled climate and more suitable growing conditions for farm production. Franklin capitalized on weather modification in many ways. For example, he published the Farmer's Almanac which is still sold and used today. It's an Illuminati code to create the weather the Farmer's Almanac predicts which is for the most part accurate. Thing is, weather is dynamic and should not be able to be predicted this accurately and this far into the future.
