I always figured "the nephilim" were actually just scattered amongst everybody in the form of collective genes. When people started being bred for huge size and tallness, like these freak basketball players and the such, "the nephilim" reappeared, or were resurrected....oh and the fucking idiot mobs of people adore and worship them, running up and down the court throwing a ball in hoops, don't they?
