Barack Hussein (aka Barry Soetoro) has until October 31 to bring forth the papers himself. Otherwise, Trump will release the papers -- just SIX DAYS before the Nov. 6 election. Barack will have NO TIME to dispute Trump's "October surprise" allegations. Checkmate.  . You think with early voting already happening, it makes sense to wait...DUMB.
