Depending on the type of gas/chemical and if it hovers close to the ground or not you should go to the 2nd floor of your home. |

They are seeing how well they can make the sheeple follow orders. Quoting: Ap0c@Lyp5e Well, these "exercises" happen quite frequently here along Highway 146 (Baytown, La Porte, and Texas City areas). No False Flags here. "All I got in this world is my balls and my word and i don't break either of 'em for no one!" |

Just looking at the map, it looks like a small place. Didn't realize at first a lot of it is a port. I'm at work now, called home and everyone at is safe. They didn't hear any sirens. My Aunt is working the Port tonight. I haven't been able to contact her yet...will keep trying. Hope she's safe. Thanks, I spoke with her, she is safe. No new info on the leak. Really not handled as a major event throughout the Houston area during the Level III emergency; it remained local in the TX City area and half of the news agencies in Houston just posted it as a news item. Texas City's emergency manager Bruce Clawson says there's been a hydrochloric acid leak from a tank in the port area. So far, no injuries were immediately reported. However, that leak created a cloud that's now traveling over parts of the city, prompting officials to enforce a citywide lock down. Right now, ABC13's AccuWeather forecast shows winds in Texas City are blowing from the southeast at 15 miles per hour. What --my head or my teeth, haha. Not too worried about it. As a local, honestly, I wasn't surprised. When you live around Nasa, Ellington Field Military Base and huge refineries located at the mouth of the Gulf, I figured this was more on the lower end of potential disasters. But still important enough to educate yourself and be aware of through observation. Last Edited by CrazyCatLady13 on 10/25/2012 07:03 AM |

About a year ago some very nice man had a very bad accident at that same plant. Wonder what he knew. [link to galvestondailynews.com] You guys have also had a power outage that lasted for about an hour or so this month. [link to galvestondailynews.com] Strange red lights in April also shook up your city. Your quiet small city seemed to be the perfect palce to conduct military exercises in early August of this year. (it 404ed so I had to give you a cached version-hmmm...) [link to webcache.googleusercontent.com] More sirens burning the midnight oil in this little city in December of 2011. [link to www.khou.com] That is an awful of air raid to be had in one small place. I guess if your gonna practice you wanna go large--Texas large. I'm sure there's been more but I gotta get the kids outta the house and into school. LEARN HOW TO BE KIND OR BE LEFT BEHIND. OXOXO |
