The mind is just a thought. We live in a world of thoughts and thoughts are not real. An illusion. What is real is permanent and is eternal. Always present and never comes and goes. Thoughts come and go. Where are yesterday's thoughts? Thoughts are just appearances. Enjoy the illusion.Be entertained.One cannot know the real but only the illusion. Shifts and etc are just thoughts. Enlightenment is a thoughtless state. If one is enlightened you wouldn't even know it. So how can anyone say they are enlightened ? In fact there is no one who is enlightened as there is no individual. If all is energy than how can there be individuals ? How can there be separation ?
Separation is a thought in the mind as the mind functions is duality. The mind separates and divides. Nothing wrong with it. The mind interprets and that is it's function. There is life and there is the mind which is interpreting life. The mind is not in life. They have not met and never will. Anyway as I said enjoy the illusion.

I am currently reading "The Secret Life of Plants", I have started sungazing and am in the works of becoming vegetarian.

It has given me a lot to research and explore!

I don't mean to be cynical here, but what would these etherial/metaphysical mind secrets do for a kid starving somewhere right now, or a family in desperate need of somewhere to run because of an ongoing war? I agree the world needs meta-healing, but it needs some very basics first, or no one is going to have any time for the other.

What you shared is what has been shared by the ancient and present day sages. Nothing new. And that is man is not the doer, so yes there is nothing to be done. Man is not the thinker as well. Thoughts happen to man and deeds happen as well. No effort is required. Is there any effort from the fridge to keep the food cold or the bulb to light up the
room ? Of course not. The electricity is doing it. Of course the ego will come in and say " I did this or that." But notice the statement comes after the deed is done. The mind is not in the present moment but in the past which is dead and gone or in the future which doesn't exist. The mind is thought. The mind is sound. Life is a play of light and sound. There is the lightning and then you hear the thunder.The sound is late. The delay is the mind. Doing my best to explain so bare with me.

Very simple. The present moment is all there is and you can't help but be it. You are being lived. NO effort required. Is there any effort on your part to be in the present moment? Does man cause the day to come when he wakes up in the morning or do you find yourself with the day at hand ?

Take a dream for example. The dream seems real as you are dreaming. But when you awaken from the dream -you realize that it was a dream and are not alarmed by it. Then you are in the waking state which is no different than the dream state. You take the waking state to be real. It seems real.The dream you had last night seemed real also.But the sages have shared and after I have inquired that there is no difference.

The waking state seems real but is it ? Here is what struck me last month when pondering this. The dream state disappears when you wake up right? So the waking sate disappears when you go to sleep. Where is the world when you are in deep sleep ? It is gone. There is no you even.In both states you are alive. You notice objects and characters in your dream. You may find yourself in a jungle. Is the jungle in your bedroom? Of course not. Everything is in your mind. Likewise in your waking state. All is in your mind.

So this goes to what the sages have said that the it is all a dream. So to me this is awakening. To not know this intellectually, but to have an understanding which is beyond the mind.

Then how does it apply to daily life ? You don't get so upset and become more relaxed in life. If man is not the doer than you don't take things personal. When man is not the thinker why get on yourself for locking your keys inside the car or at your wife or girlfriend for burning breakfast or not remembering your birthday etc. Thoughts happen to us and we don't think. Do you know what your next thought will be? Can one control thoughts? If so then why not think beautiful thoughts from here on out? This shows me that we have no control. We think we do but that is just a thought.If that goes for us then it goes for everyone else. Life happens to us. Anyway enough said. There is my 2 cents. Gotta enjoy and have lunch. It's still doom though, because according to the videos, nearly all human life was extinguished during the 33degree pole shift.

My questions are what caused this pole shift? And how long ago did it happen? And is it cyclical? And what if it shifts further in the same direction rather than back to nearly upright?

I'll tell you just a tiny little story....

In 1998 I had the very fortunate Christmas
Gift from a dear friend to be invited for a 4-day all-expenses paid retreat a Siddha Yoga Retreat in Palms Springs, CA.

My friend had been studying with Guru Mai for over
5 years by that time--and was a dance teacher at
the Siddha Yoga Ashram in New York State. Anyways...
I'd only read one or two books on Siddha Yoga...I had my
own "Path." The gift to attend the Retreat was a
HUGE event for anyone in Siddha Yoga in 1998...
The really "Ah ha!" came when Guru Mai, the lovely
young Indian National woman--the Guru which they
considered a transcended being, walked into the presentation hall in person. This was totally un-
expected and I could tell that everyone--some 700
or 800 people--was very moved by her presence.
The air itself was perfumed and the energy was
like 1,000 birthday parties all at once!

(No, I didn't have a private audiance or anything like
that--remember, I wasn't an initiate in this group.)
I remembered one thing that Guru Mai told the
audiance--it was simulcast to several countries at
once, so 1,000s saw her speaking. Guru Mai predicted
that later that same night--on Christmas EVe:

"...You will all "dream about a beautiful golden
orb--a golden orb that is inside each and every
one of you! ...And, something WONDERFUL
will happen!"

I had the dream, as did my friend. (AND...something
indeed wonderful happened within ONE WEEK!)
But it wasn't until I started to follow the thread:
"WOW!...
'Celestial' Nile Discovered. This will blow your mind!" ...that I actually understood what Guru Mai
was referring to as our "golden orb." (This
fits in nicely, too, with your saying here in your
thread that the body is a "TEMPLE"--really meant!

aBHIE...I believe that Golden Orb is, in fact,
The Orion Nebula/Trapezium. (Of course, it is a sacred symbol as well...so it means a myriad of different things....) aND I would NEVER have made the link
--and understood just how magnificent the visuals
could be--if I hadn't stumbled on your thread back
in early July! For me, then, on A PHYSICAL PLANE
that "Golden Orb" is right there in the Danny
Wilten videos and in the paintings that he is
researching now, of the Great Masters of Art!
