A mixture of molten ingredients that when dry have opposing forces inside that can not escape because they are "stuck" together.
Therefore they continue forever this push pull effect against each other.

All you need to do is get the electrons to line up in one direction...hematite is formed from molten rock during volcanic activity and when it cools the electrons are frozen in one direction...you can take a nail or bolt and magnetize it with a powerful magnet by dragging it one way to get the electrons to line up.

From the magnetic field of the Earth...when in a molten state they easily align with it, and then it cools and is permanent.

gravitational pull from the rotation of the earth along with polarized magnitizim from the poles and billions of years being pulled in one direction add that with briefs lecture.

In natural magnets, in every atom of the metal, electrons are all spinning around the atom, but they also rotate (Like many earths around the sun).

Since all of the electrons that revolve around the atom rotate in the same direction, they build up charges (magnetic charges) at each end of the metal.

This results in a positive and negative pole per magnetic metal.

no. if you have a stored power source you can detect a magnetic field coming from it. you can detect energy in the magnetic field of a magnet.

Do those wireless electrical testers detect anything coming from a magnet...all my test equipment is direct contact, both analog and digital...I need to go buy a new toy now and experiment :)
