Swelling around the ankles and stagnant energy flow. You might strange rashes small and red that come up on your body rather frequently.

I would get a little excessive to help trim down the mid section and get energy flowing.

Death and destruction run in your family long time of utter blackness and deceit. You could break the cycle if you choose to better yourself I life. Think about it and let it sit for a bit.
