Hello, ModernDayMystic,
Part of me wants not to ask! Maybe afraid of what I will hear. But can you advise me and perhaps help me, please?
1. I feel stagnated, like I am waiting for something, and maybe wasting my time on earth.
2. I feel a darkness, a veil, around me, so that I do not want to reach out to others or feel emotions towards others.
Your thoughts, Please?

Shortly after I wrote my request I experienced pain in the ribs (rare), and now, tightness in the throat, as in a blockage. Both are going away, after breathing in outside air and looking at the fall colors. A couple years ago, ran across "General Purpose Cleaning and Maintenance Command" on the net. When I remember to do it, I do find it helpful. I feel freer after I have done the exercise, more in command of myself. Are you familiar with it and do you recommend it? Can find a link if anyone is interested. If you have any further advice, I would be pleased to hear it. And if not ~~~ It may be I am still too stubborn or just not ready, or maybe you have sown a seed that will be blossom later, who knows? Whichever the case, I thank you for what you are doing here, and appreciate that you are so giving.
