Been practicing in a different kinda way and it's pretty awesome already. I certainly plan to expand on it.

I've got another question if you don't mind. I'm very sensitive to my energy body. There has been a pressure that feels like it has been pulling me in the crown area for quite sometime. I can kinda let go and be lead into these body movements but I'm not sure if they help.

When I was observing what was going on yesterday it seems like I'm constantly being pulled out of my body into some kind of mental realms. When I come into my body it's very hard to stay fully connected and I haven't yet been able to come up with why.

There are certainly energy blockages.. I can feel them, but I haven't had much luck in clearing them. Well.. not in the order I want anyway, haha, I've cleared some. This energetic pull that I feel demands so much of my attention. It's difficult to focus anywhere else.

Anything you could tell me would be much appreciated.

I presume that the above was also intended for me, since my post was included. Oddly enough, it made me realize that my diet has been slowly changing. I find that I am eating a somewhat "lighter" diet than I did in the past; yet I didn't notice that it was happening. I do, however, need to back off of the the simple carbs as they are beginning to react adversely in my system (Unfortunately, I am a sucker for a good cookie).

I also started taking vitamins again a few weeks ago as well as a full spectrum of amino acids. Your statement of "a higher vitamin regiment" leads me to believe that I should take the water solubles twice a day. Again, oddly enough, I had been feeling that I should. It's just remembering to do it!.... lol.

The past couple of days have been interesting to say the least. Thank you for chasing away the rodents, I have been able to easily connect to you energetically. I will refrain from a long diatribe of the experience, but I will say that you have helped me to uncover some very deep seated fears that I was too distracted to notice, as well as helping me to understand how my life has become a reflection of them. It is now time to see them for what they are, and in so doing, pacify them. Not always an easy task, but one that I have some experience with.

I do feel that my energy has quieted considerably, and as such, I feel more energized; yet I also now notice a secondary energy, a hum of sorts, somewhere off in the background. I know not what it is (not yet anyway), but I feel somewhat... uh.. compelled by it (if that makes any sense). Interesting, to say the least.

Thank you again for your kindness and your unselfish sharing of your energy. It is like connecting to a long lost friend and the reassurance and confidence that such a connection provides. I am now in your debt and, although it may take me a while, I shall find a way to repay your kindness.

Thanks Mystic, means a lot your input. I'm not quite sure what to ask her though? If there is a reason why I can't trust her? Is it an issue within myself stemming from my past and that's why I can't trust her? From what you are saying, the issue resides in her, but I was attracted to it for some reason.
