I am not able to really feel any energy, but I am assuming it is there. You wrote to someone earlier regarding a falling feeling while meditating. This happens but not all the time for me. Is that when the "energy" is flowing?

Yes the energy is always flowing you just have to find it and our your attention in it to direct it where to go.

How off is she?

She has had quite a few health problems in the past, mainly autoimmune, but recently the doctors have told her to watch what she eats due to a high colesterol reading. She refuses to work out very hard, but she's eating much better. I have her on an affordable but decent vitamin. She's been under a ton of emotional stress, as have our whole family...

Just wanted to say thank you! About an hour after I posted here, I felt a wave a high energy go through me. I felt it a few more times during the night and in the morning.

I'm not sure about the age 17 thing...I remember suffering from depression that year, until I had a profound angelic healing and spiritual awakening. However, I'm sure that not everything was healed at that time. I had plenty of traumatic experiences to heal from that happened earlier in my life.

I'm at a big turning point in my life right now, so I really appreciate the help!!
