I've been avoiding the tension release thing since you recommended it. Worked out hard for a week and have really gotten physical until the last couple days. Tension built again.. a lot of mental energy in general(maybe from me resisting). Tried hard to clear emotions or anything that might be causing it. None of it worked.. went to a group meditation tonight that kinda led me into releasing it.

It was different than usual. Instead of feeling like my energy was releasing and going somewhere it just felt really expanded. I've always been able to see energy and feel energy when I release into this.. but this time I was super present and not as tired. Though shortly after I became fatigued. Is this what they meant?

The higher the vibrational experience the greater the detox aka..... Fatigue

So what could you tell me ?

Energy suggests that you are currently in a good space with many positive things to looks forward too. Your labors in 2012 are def going to payoff in the new year.

Energetically you are healthy with nothing hanging around in your field. You are made of the stuff needed for the coming changes.

You are pushy and over confident about many aspects of your life although I personally find these qualities admirable some people around you don't.

Energetically you are in a good space recovering from a tough year.

Stay the course as your doing well.

What do you think the coming changes are going to be?

In my opinion they will be a time of rebirth for humanity a time of consciousness evolution with green technologies and peace own earth.

I hope we are alive to experience/witness this process culminate. For me the present state of affairs is feeling rather stagnant at the moment. Would love to see an escalation in the changing of the energetic environment. What are you sensing/feeling regarding this?

It's now underway and will evolve over time :)

Do people have innate tendencies toward either dark/evil or light/good? Or, is every choice a chance for one or the other?
